Minimize when clicking the icon from taskbar

Hello,

At Project -> Settings, there are several Styles.

If the style is set as Standard and the application is restored, when I click on taskbar icon, the application is minimizing.
If the style is set as Flat and the application is restored, when I click on taskbar icon, nothing happening.

How can I minimize the application with a click on the taskbar icon, having Flat style?
