Set app's Audio Out?

Hey everyone, I been playign with my RPG demos again today and found when using the Xbox One Controller it provides another Audio Out for the computer, So I would like to send the apps sound to the Xbox Contollers Earphones, but I only want to do it for the AMS's apps audio not everything else on the computer, anyone got a idea how this could be done?

I think it cannot be done directly in AutoPlay Media Studio, but something like CheVolume might help...
