Drag and Drop issue on Windows 10 Consumer Update

Hi, I have a problem with my project, a GUI that starts some portable program like Firefox Portable or PDF Viewer always in portable version.

When I launch a program it starts regularly but if I drag and drop a pdf or a web page into it, nothing happens.

The strange thing is that if I create an empty project with only one button that starts a portable program, drag and drop works fine even on windows 10 CU.

How I can investigate into my project to discover where or what is the problem?

Consider that this problem is only on Windows 10 CU. On 7, 8 and 10 Anniversary it works perfectly.
