Upgrading ?

Hi there its been a while ... just a quick question.
I am still currently on 8.2.0.0 and wondering if its worth upgrading to 8.5 and also how as i cant find an upgrade link ?

Really unless it gives absolute fullscreen menus and you can add mp4 movies as easy as wmv out of the box then it may not have any great advantage to me?
Can anyone elighten me ...

Like yourself I am on 8.2 and I have seen no need at all to update I still use it on windows 7/8/(all updates of 10) and it works fine.
