From what I can see the error is coming from the listbox deselect the entry before deleteing it so if it's the last entry that ID is no longer used, I am only able to look at the code as I don't have the plugin your using nor never head of it ever so.

But that looks like what the problem is something to do with getting the ID from the listbox, Question does it delete what you ask it to? if not it's not getting the ID before you delete it.
