Having in my project several flash files, which is the file that the user must download to be able to see it without problems, also in dependencies, as I would configure it or I should use LUA, in such a way to be more discreet in front of the end user

You can't install flash for people this is not the way software is created and I sure your braking the EULA of flash doing that without the end user, end of the day you should be working away from flash most OS's are trying to block it now you can set the dependencies in AMS right click on the main window and you will see dependenceis a little yellow/ornagy box

You enable that it will tell the user if they don't have flash that they need to get it.

I want to +1 that, Flash has been known to be filled with security issues for over a decade now, even last week a new vulnerability was found in Flash that allows malicious coders to gain access to your system. Now, even though Adobe, OS vendors and browser vendors quickly patch these security issues - the issue exists for a while and the damage is usually already done.

Flash is history.

sorry if flash is no longer viable, with which I give animation, interactivity and dynamics to my application? What should I use then?

There are many ways to do this, doing animation affects is not as easy as flash was but that is the point it was flashy and not needed we grow out of that kind of fast, flash moved to more video based content or html 5 content, this is where that kind of thing belongs a desktop app shouldn't be flashy it should be usable

Please indicate what software I should use or what I should support to give interactivity to my application. Also if I continue to use Flash, what is the danger?

a Google search for "convert interactive swf to html5" provides many avenues.Also if you created your flash files in Flash Professional CC or Adobe Animate CC you can publish in and
convert to Html5, may need some Javascripting as well,

I can not find a precise guide on how to use dependencies, I want to install an exe (Flash ActiveX Control) from a folder (Dependencies) inside the folder AutoPlay. How should I use this option to achieve what I want ?

If the end users machine does not have flash you will get an missing technologies error message as per pic



As previously stated YOU should not include / install flash from your app, if required the end user must install flash
