What do you want to achieve with ImageEx? I can't remember what that plugin did, maybe the Draw Plugin could do the same if you cannot find ImageEx.

Indeed, it was one of Ulrich's babies.

But it was a commercial plugin (ie. not free).
I don't see it listed on Ulrich's site anywhere, though. Perhaps he's discontinued it?

Best thing to do would be to hop on over to http://www.mindquake.com.br/ and make an enquiry to Ulrich over there, via the site's Contact form. (I don't believe he's accepting private-messaging via the IR forum these days).

I would advise you the same thing BIoHazard stated, try to contact MindQuake or shout Ulrich on this forum - maybe he still has a copy. If all fails, you could indeed use Draw for cropping and rotation of images, but as you're familiar with Ulrich's plugin I suggest you try the familiar path first.
