You could use Scintilla and MemoryEx for this, as Scintilla with the Lua lexer is an editor control for code which supports syntax highlighting. The MemoryEx LH Compiler also utilises Scintilla for the same purpose, it's pretty cool.

Okay, that's a very weird response. I don't like raging responses like this.

If AMS says that a plugin is not licensed for redistribution, you are either missing your .lic file for that plugin in the AMSDir/Plugins/Actions directory or you have not used the Action Plugin dialog to add the plugin to your project.

It's either that, or it was accidentally removed by i.e. yourself or an antivirus package for whatever reason.
