Anyone have a template for hotel bookings?

Hi Phil,
I made one in MSExcel a few years ago for my niece, took me about 2 months to complete and then she went to an online service.
Here is a pic of what it looked like
The only one I could find that was NOT an online app is this one , which could be sort of replicated with AMS depending on what you were after

Hi, Col, thanks again for coming to the rescue. I asked for 'Hotel' bookings because its the closes thing that I wand. Its for the Sgts Mess again, basically its an evacuation application, we have several accommodation buildings with a variety of residents from permanent to occasional visitors. The house keeper manages this influx/constant change via a desk diary. The requirement here is to allow an instant personnel list in the buildings.
