How about LED Strip being controled by AMS?

Hello everyone.. i am having and idea to create a quiz application using AMS, and the cool thing in my mind to include LED Strip on it that when the student finnish the exam or maybe the answer is wrong the LED strip will trigger and lights on.. example if the answer is wrong then the lights on is RED.. and when the answer is correct it lights on Yellow or green or whatsover. is that posible idea? then what things needed aside from LED strip?
