cloning / mirroring media from one object to another

Hello,

Been some time since I have posted but I have decided to get back into AMS.
Anyway, just wondered if there is a plugin, command or script that could duplicate the view-able content of one object to another.
For instance - showing an image /video inside one object that would be automatically be duplicated in another without actually having to call the source of the media.
A clone screen effect of sorts.
I have been trying to solve this for a while so any pointers would be helpful.
