Generate a report and export it to PDF format

Hello everyone,

Im working on a project where i have multiple fields to edit and fill but I want when i click Save button, a PDF report is generated according to the inputs..

I dont want it to be in CSV format as I want it to be formatted certain way (color, font size..etc).. I have tried RTF but i couldnt edit them.. any suggestions?
