how can i extract zip file in program [x86] folder with zip.extract. Access to program [x86] does not work folder.creat sam Ppoblem.

Yes, temporary folders and the current user's folders are allowed; system folders and other users are off limits. You indeed need administrative privileges to be able to write to C:\ or C:\Program Files [(x86)]

You can force the user to run as admin by setting this in Project->Settings...->Advanced->Requested User Privilege Level.
