found another assembly windwos same, it works, then the system is contaminated. I would like to learn from for what is not working the program without reinstalling the system.

Information: not one of these methods will not work.

Ok, please delete ALL files that can be found in that folder, then restart AutoPlay Media Studio.

Additionally, please make sure that you update Adobe Acrobat Reader to the latest version (9.3.2). Looking at the log file, it appears that the error is occurring when trying to load the installed Acrobat Reader OCX. What version do you have currently installed?

Finally, please execute AutoPlay Media Studio without Kaspersky running in the background.

According to your first post, where does it show that error? Could you provide a screenshot please?

Thank you. Have you ruled out virus infections?

When the error message appears, go to click here on it's window to show more details (or make it show more details) and paste the details here, usually it should mention about a faulting module.

    1. launched in safe mode, the error appears
and about Russian version of Windows. Yes I'm from Russia and use russian version. Maybe ams don't support cyrillic fonts?
how my video driver installer can crash system? I deleted it now.

Please kindly do one thing for me, if you don't mind:

    1. Restart and enter safe mode, run AMS, see if it runs and report back.

Additional notes: I see suspicious things, such as Russian naming for system files. Are you using a Russian version of Windows? What I see also hints towards 3rd party interference such as a possible virus/spyware infection.

I also see that the last events leading to the crash reporting on the system are preceded by referencing C:\Documents and Settings\Admin\Рабочий стол\175.16_geforce_winxp_32bit_international_whql .exe Please check the location and see what's with that file there, looks like a video driver installation file, please verify.

Please try #1 and based on the results, I shall be able to provide further insight. The purpose of safe mode test is to see if video driver has any influence.

Well, not off "per se" just to keep it on for the system services; can't turn it off completely anyway. I have it on all the way and AMS works fine though. Well, we're trying to see what might cause the crash so we're iterating through stuff.

Hope to get my hands on a proper log as I could most likely figure out the culprit then.
