How enable Russian or Cyrillic Character?

Hi this is maybe not an issue but can anyone help me how to enable Cyrillic Character? It seems i can type it but when i apply it becomes ???????
i already install the russian language pack on my computer and used it already..
the font i used is Arial and Bebas but all result question mark... ??????

Hi herrin i have tried it but nothing happen.
what i want it if i type in the input in cyrillic characted then i will save it in registry or in text file then i will be able to restore those string in the input once the software is reopen in the same cyrilic format.
no proble restoring the string i can handle it my problem is the cyrillic character

Just tried to install ukraine keyboard.

obviously the first one won't work if you don't change the language parameter .....
take a look here ...

obviously you can do everything by changing the settings of the O.S.
