Like to copy to file to desktop with a progress bar

Hello all - I am a newbee to this so I am green as green can be. I was trying to copy 2 files to a desktop and hope to have a progress bar during the copy process. I am not good at this at all so if anyone can show this I would be grateful. I am attempting to use the file copy command and I noticed that I can only copy one file at a time so that has thrown a wrench into the progress bar. I am not a programmer and I just do not get the language. Thanks in advance

But to be honest why didn't you use the search bar at top right of screen?
A quick search for " file copy" found heaps but this one has examples
