Any updates forthcoming?

My annual maintenance is nearing expiration. I am a bit disappointed no updates, etc have been offered since Oct 10, 2018. Are you at liberty to share whether there will be enhancements forthcoming? I acknowledge this is "mature" software, but no update in nearly 19 months seems to indicate there will be no further enhancements/release updates. Thank you for any insight. JimC

Hello Jim, thank you for being a licensed user of AutoPlay Media Studio. I can only help with user doubts and questions, and I do not have any information if there are plans for a major upgrade or even if or when a smaller update is going to be published.

An active maintenance subscription also gives you access to technical support for the product, used by many customers regularly. If you don't need technical support because you are already very experienced using the product, or you prefer asking in the forums if/when you have doubts, then there is no problem in allowing your subscription to lapse, renewing it only if and when a new release is published.

Ulrich, thank you for the advice. I was not aware I could renew the subscription after it lapses. I have kept the subscription active mostly for the updates. Take care, JimC
