Here is a simple example of your orig pic.[ I used Graphics Creator for Images]

I was going to place every thing into a sqlite DB or XML but have not had time or energy to do so.
Please examine code as it is simple to get the button text etc.Uses Group plugin which I included in zip file

Place the "Group" folder inside your "AutoPlay Media Studio/Plugins/Actions" folder.
