How to create a richtext to create a script type ??

I was wondering if it is possible to create a richtext to create types of scripts

For example, I wanted to create a richtext to create XMLS files.

And also change the colors, like this

</Config>
<Title> Title Text </Title>
</Config>


Any help will be accepted
