Tooltip in a grid

Is there a way without plug-in to have a tooltip in a grid like in the Windows explorer on mouse over.

certainly without using plugins it's not that great ....
to do this you can use DialogEx and WMIC DATAFILE

In your example, are you using a timer and getMouseX to tell the DialogEx where to show?
