problem with showing persian charachters

I created the database using sqlite expert proffesional, but when I search the data in the created program with autoplay, it is displayed in unintelligible letters. The data is stored in the database as UTF 8(persian or farsi language). It returns data like this: ط§ط³طھط¹ط¯ط§ط¯ ظ‡ط§ظٹ
