Print to PDF - Preserve document links

I have a *.chm help file I want to print to PDF. Can I do so preserving page & other links within the file? eg: the Table of Contents

If you authored the *.chm yourself using a tool such as Help & Manual or similar, then you most likely have the option to output the documentation in PDF format as well, preserving the links and table of contents. If you want to convert a document created by others, you may have luck with online converters.
