what is the RichText length content

Hello,

I am using a RichText element to display the contents of a license file (from rtf file).
But the RichText does not display the entire content of the file.

What is the maximum text size of a RichText element?
Has anyone encountered the same problem?

I cut the file in half, I display it in 2 RichText elements with a navigation to go from one to the other.
Is there a way to check if the RichText element is scrolled to the bottom?
