wParam low and high order

Can someone tell me how to create a value that has a low order of 2 and a high order of 0x1?

Also how to get the high/low order from a value?

This is air-code (not tested), but you could try this;

function COMBINE(loword, hiword)
    return Bitwise.Or(Bitwise.ASL(hiword, 16), loword);
end;

function LOWORD(int)
    return Bitwise.And(int, 0xFFFF);
end;

function HIWORD(int)
    return Bitwise.And(Bitwise.ASR(int, 16), 0xFFFF);
end;

Are you calling the Bitwise functions via another means as lua 5.1 does not include support for Bitwise, well from what I read anyway
