Windows 8.1 - anyone else upgraded?

I updated to Windows 8.1 and a lot of my stuff didn't work like games ,autoplay and the list goes on.

The fix was I had to unstall my main drivers :-

Sound
graphics
chipsset drivers

And restart the machine and restall them with newer or the same driver once I did this wondows 8.1 worked fine for me.

It appears to be a codec issue - the thumbnail generation for the file may not be working (yet), make sure that you everything installed to support these video files on the new platform, or perhaps switch to list or details view in the "View File" dialog and see if this helps.

I can import the sample - but the same videos that imported no problem - pre-upgrade to Windows 8.1 (which are on desktop in a folder) - cause the project to freeze :-(

I installed AutoPlay Media Studio 8.2 on Windows 8.1, imported an existing project, browsed to and added buttons, images and the sample "Magnolia" video to an existing page without any kind of troubles.

I upgraded and now cannot import videos or other assets as the file browse function to a folder causes AM8 to freeze/hang :-(
