IDE problem or bug

In the Image below it says we are at the start of the frame but we are not there are set of images left of this window but when I need to share more work space and it needs to be crushed up it for some reason hides anything on the left hand side of the workspace and I have to keep resizing to just get them back, the work space should be able to resize around the main app size so off screen elaments and items can be put where there needed once something has been edited.



I picked up on this a few years back and forgot to report it so I thought it was time.
