Bar Code Scaner

A question that is going into my head for many times,
Is AMS8 able to read bar codes values from a Bar Code Scanner?!

To be more detailed. Could the value that is read from a device like this be inserted into a ams variable?!

Yes. Barcode scaner return the numbers/characters in the barcode and then it sends an enter. That's all as if you where typing on your keyboard. You only need an input object.

A least for now I know that this could be done.

A scanner works exactly like a keyboard, sending the code to the object which has currently the focus.

just make an input focus then press the bar-code button
use this emulator in test
