Create Page and DialogEx at Runtime. Is it possible?

I can not find in manual how to Create Page and DialogEx at Runtime. Is it possible?? Or is it only possible to create objects inside Pages and DialogEx's?

I'm not sure if you can or not but it is the developer that decides when to jump pages and open dialogs so keeping some extra pages and dialogs that can be modified later in your project is not going to add any significant overheads.

I thought about this idea, but I wanted to do it the right way. but if there is no way then that's good too. Thank you!!!

Why do you want to do it right away? You could have a single empty page in your project and change its objects, scripts etc at runtime.
