how to Creat font installer with Autoplay media studio 8, I need one click install 65 or more fonts.

Fonts aren't installed as such they are simply placed in the fonts folder so use File.Copy or File.Move.

You would typically call System.RegisterFont() for each TTF font copied.

Yes, but you could simply have the fonts in one folder then use File.Find to get a table of font files then loop through the table to register the font.
