Download pause & downloading

Hi, for this when you download a
file from internet, using the pause
button, pause the download, and
click resume, download a resume,
you may be?

You can pause and resume a download if you use FTP. The built-in HTTP feature doesn't allow to pause/resume downloads, but there are third party plugins with this capability.
