I'm having trouble "Send a keys to another windows???" :(
as Virtual Keyboard 4.

I am not sure I understood your question, but if you are using an on-screen keyboard, you need to make sure that the field where you want to provide input has currently the focus. If an Input doesn't have the focus, for example, you can't type info into it - even using a physical keyboard.
