How do i Pass this XML data to Grid Object?

I have a Quiz questions and answers and want to load it to Grid table for editing of questions and answers by an admin, and saving changes. I will appreciate a sample update.

Really need help on this sample file, how to populate and update the questions and answers Grid or input.

Look at the XML functions I think the XML set function will let you set a string of XML over loading it from a file you would have to read up on it, sorry this forum can be very slow at times Kasito I for one am waiting for many replies and not getting one.
