  • Ideas on how to do?

How would grab the details from a WYSIWYG if I created a html with a WYSIWYG embeded, what would be the best way to grab that info back from the brower to save the data, I was thinking of using for a simple mail box option in a tool but with a nice WYSIWYG.

I believe that there is are a few Javascript packages available which allow you to copy the contents of an HTML element to the clipboard. Once there, you could grab it with the Clipboard plugin in AMS.

I never thought about using the clipboard, as alot of the save options I seen use SaveAs and this fires a dialog box no matter what in JS, thanks for the idea, I will sure try that one or at least research it, if its a oldish package it should work fine with AMS, there is still a few tricks in the old horse still people might of given up in AMS but I still try find use for it

Trying to find a WYSIWYG that's not been updated two much not to support the AMS browser is a little harder but not to much, thanks Ulrich.
