Does "Send Mail" (File.OpenEMail) work on Win10?

Hi. I use AMS 8.3.0.0 and when I try to use the quick action or the File.OpenEmail action Chrome is opened and nothing happens. In the past it opened gmail in my default browser (which is not Chrome).

It seems to work on another Win10 PC. Seems I have to reinstall my mail app and see if it works then.
