There is different code and tech used here no one is going to show you how to implerment all of these, if you have the most up to data AMS getting OS up windows 10 is documented, I think if you look around there are demos to show space self of a folder or drive, the ram one well I think you might have to use a plugin or DLL to do that one, I have no idea what all your other icons are about and UAC shoud never be messed with so adviced to step way from that one. creating the shout cuts will mostly be part of the installer not this too, there are demos and dlls what used to restart and shutdown but if you know what your doing you can set a command promt to do this also.

But you not explained anything else so I would say red the manual and off you go
