Radio button - help

Dear Friends

I am not a programmer. I am using autoplay for a small project and would like to know if someone can help me.

1 - Radio Button. I just need the radio button to be checked and be able to keep checked even if a close the project. when open the project again , it remains checked.

help anyone ?
