Action Plugin Creation

I am creating a plugin what is all code based but I would still like to put a placeholder in the editor, is this possible at all?

I have no clue on how to make a object plugin, I am using Retesets new plugin maker to make my plugins as I don't have the connection to download VS plus don't have time to code the darn thing each plugin is tool is helpful here

So I was just wondering is anything I can do to add a place holder in to the app when using a action plugin or make a simple object plugin that is just a placeholder?
