Do you own the plugin, ? also you not included the error its cut off, I own this plugin and never had a problem with it, have you made sure you have installed it right. please post all your steps you have done to get this error.

Maybe give us much more details then it does not work, we are not mind readers and can't see your system, spec, version of AMS. and witch scrollbar plugin, where you got it so on.
