is there anything like this for version 8+ of APMS? Drag-n-Drop dll

Hi , Iam trying to find a way to utilize some kind of Drag-n-Drop File method and found an old post here: https://forums.indigorose.com/forum/...agdrop-library

is there anything like this or even this (if anyone has a copy of it) that will work in APMS 8+?
