as the title states.. most if/not all links to plug-ins are gone. seems to be a universal conundrum with IPV forums that cannot be easily resolved. Have seen it on otger outdated IPV forums as well. Where all links to files lead to a blank page.. like here.

Hi guys'last of the mohicans' hehe. I managed to find a pack of the old stuff over @************* forums which seems to be still an active community although in in Spanish (i think) , but if you use a page translator you can commuicate easily enough.
Bas I noticed that your site is still up and you provide some excellent stuff. Iam still a bit green so to speak when it comes to your memoryEx. Stuff but hope to comprehend it some day. I have this weird ability to stumble accross forums when they are all but dead lmao.
Have been bouncing between here and pure basic weighing up the pros and con's of using each platform. for pb it lacks the front end designer.. and ams lacks the speed and small compilation sizes.
also pb.exe's unfortunately trigger heuristical false positives in the virus arena assumably because alot of twat's compiled dangerous trojans and viruses using pb.
I want to make a good go of ams although as it has some great 'Points of Difference' which is advantageous.
and have concocted a couple of functional contraptions using it.
kingzooly yes that is a pro indeed. Seems that all that is needed is a few new bells and whistles to modernize it a bit scale the pricing down 1/3rd and she may kick off again.

Ah yes, PureBasic is a cheap tool to make optimised software unfortunately regularly abused by people to make simple viruses. I suggest that when you find that your executable triggers false positives, send them to the AV company for review. I've done that for years and all my AMS plugins have actually been written in PureBasic.

ohh I did read the forum in respect to this issue. and noticed that others were sending .exe's to vendors. The only vendor triggered so far as I know is Avira Pro but yeah good advise. I assume that all your exe's are signed as well which likely helps with the whole UAC scenario?
I quite like PB tbh.
cheers

I've discovered also that ams is capable of doing what I initially created in pb so i am currently in the process of porting it over. Nothing fantastical just a simple html stripper. To extract data. currently researching the XML aspect so as to export results into an XML file. which seems to be a bit more flexible than .ini files
