A Dialog Plugin Used For Testing

My first plugin. I figured i would share its handiness with all. Simple command of DlgMsg(result); will display the output type in the Title and will display the contents in the message.

Can someone help explain how to use this plugin please. I have added to my plugin folder then added to the plugs.
I see DlgMsg(result); will display the result.

Does this work without building the exe and running it? Can i test live while coding?

It even wraps Dialog.Message internally. But hey, it's their first plugin - baby steps. This is a very old post btw.
