Random selection

Есть файл sample.quiz с вопросами, которые появляются, но всегда одни и те же. А как сделать случайный выбор вопросов? Спасибо за помощь.
Вот взял готовый код, что нужно исправить?

I have several Quiz apz and question maker [still in progress] using xml and sqlite for storing answers
