The above plugin didn't work, it gives the following error Error: Plugin "AMSWSCI\AMSWSCI.lmd" is not licensed for re-distribution

Did you install the plugin in the appropriate place? <AMS7 Install Location>\Plugins\Actions I believe should have that AMSWSCI directory.
Are you trying to make this work in AMS8? Because if it's an AMS7 plugin, it will not work in AMS8.

If it is an AMS7 plugin that you are trying to use in AMS8 there is no way of simply converting it. The original developer must release an AMS8 version, if it is not already available.

Unzip to AMS Plugins --> Object folder
Scintilla.zip
