Application.SaveValue remove registry keys

Hi there! I have some values saved by Application.SaveValue. I found they are stored in: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Indigo Rose\ACData\my_data_values. How i may remove them from register, with a batch file, when beeing no more necessaries? I tried everything but don't work... (obviusly, inside register right click on key then delete it's works..but i need to do it by a batch file.) thanks!!
