On Preload

This is supposed to be the place where you can set up the window before it is show but after On Preload the window is automatically sized so you can't reload the window size from a previous session without using On Show and getting all the flickering that goes along with it, in the unlikely event anyone from IR reads this then the windows should be sized before the user code On Preload.
