Suggestion: option to use a user defined manifest at build time

eg: if enabled in preferences perhaps..a dialog box requesting manifest file selection.
(could have a disclaimer notice - if used not IR's problem etc)

This manifest file would be the one used to embed in the runtime during build.

Why bother ?

Developer may have a 'registration free' com manifest or specific app related man.
saves having to manually inject or have a rewritten manifest file in default location
named to current manifest names at build
