Error when compiling an old project

I just reinstalled AutoRun Max! on my new machine. However when I go to compile my old project on the new machine I receive the following error:

Any ideas?

Try turning off Dropbox and the antivirus, so the file is not locked when Autorun MAX! is attempting to assemble the executable. This error message is typical for something blocking the access.
