New Computer, need to re-download product

I recently updated and I need to reinstall Autorun MAX. The original download link no longer works. Please let me know how I can download the product again.

Please log into the Customer Portal (see link "Customer Login" at the top of this page), select your product and download the installer.

When trying to install it, it asks for my serial number. The only number I have is the activation code, which doesn't work. Where can I find the serial number or is there something wrong with my activation code?

Your serial number is shown on the same page where you downloaded the installer from. Check the blurred text in this sample image from the support page:
