    Thanks for your response.

    Yes I have tried that but my email address has changed since I bought the software (changed ISP as well) and I have no idea what my password was back then, so I am stuck and cannot get in to download the software from the web site.

    I have no idea how to get around this problem.

    Hi;
    I purchased AutoRUN Max back in March 2007. My PC has died so I am loading all my software onto a new machine running Windows 7.

    I originally bought and paid for AutoRUN Max through Share IT. So I have been in touch with them to have access to re-download it. Every effort to date in providing a down load link that actually works has resulted in total and absolute failure.

    They have suggested that I contact IndigoRose directly. This appears to be the only way I can do that as I do not have a maintenance plan..

    Can you help please? I need access to the software!
