Is there a package available to add the .NET Core 3.0 to an installer?

Do you need this for the bootstrapper? It can be built, doesn't look too difficult to check if .NET Core is installed on the target.

Yes. we need it. Actually, we've decided to use .NET Core 3.1, if that makes a difference.

With Microsoft emphasizing .NET Core now and sunsetting .NET Framework, we're hoping MSI Factory provides support. If we cannot integrate this as a dependency in the bootstrapper, we'll be forced to move to another product to build our installers.
